How to Get International Supplements (If You Live Outside of the US)

As a pharmacist, product safety and effectiveness are both very important to me. Unfortunately, I’ve learned that many supplements are not only ineffective, but some are even downright unsafe.

Over the years, I’ve found professional-grade supplements and high-quality brands that I trust and that are effective. I even started my own line of supplements, because there were certain formulations I had a hard time finding a trusted source for.

I’m located in the USA (although I do love visiting my homeland Poland every year), so most of my recommendations are based on what’s available here, but I know I have many readers outside of the USA! Today’s email is for you. 🙂

I want to share my resources for ordering high-quality supplements outside of the United States, so that you can have access to the same options as my US-based readers.

Third-Party Services for Shipping Rootcology Items

Please note that currently, Rootcology supplements are not available through the dispensaries listed above.

However, if you want to buy Rootcology-branded supplements, shipping services like Reship and Shippn may be an option.

They offer the ability to ship packages from the U.S. straight to your doorstep. The way it works is you have your order shipped to an address box provided by the shipping service, and then the shipping service will ship your parcel to your doorstep. It’s important to note, however, that regulations for cross-border and cross-country shipping rules are still in effect. This includes any duties, customs, and taxes that you may have to pay, on top of the service charge.

Also, please note that some countries may limit the total monetary value that you can ship cross-border, as well as maintain a list of “prohibited items” such as glass bottles and certain supplements that cannot be imported, so please double check the service providers’ import rules and/or check with your border agency before purchasing.
