Ingredients
- Broccoli
- Chopped onion
- Chopped zucchini
- Red pepper diced
- Chicken breast cubed
- Mushrooms
- Coconut Aminos (Optional-coconut alternative to soy sauce)
Directions
Place chicken in wok and stir fry. Add vegetables, cover until cooked through. Add sauce last.

I’ve had Hashimotos and first hypothyroid since 2010. It turned out to actually to be Hashimoto and I think paleo is the best hashimoto diet! Bless you for sharing all of this information that is going to help so many people
