This page is an up-to-date guide of my most common lab recommendations for thyroid function and Root Cause testing. I’ve set up self-order options where possible, to help empower people with the information and tools they need to heal.
While I’m a big proponent of taking charge of one’s own health, please remember that it is always best to work with a skilled practitioner who is knowledgeable about functional testing, to interpret your lab results and customize any treatments to your personal needs.
